Welcome to my blog for ICS2101!

If It's one thing I've learned from this semester of work, it's about copyright. Not just this class, but the other ICS classes I've had as well. Maybe it's because of the classes, as the content in terms of copyright and ownership I already knew.

I had am external harddrive crash about two weeks ago and lost a lot of my stuff. The main thing I was devistated about was my music, and I had thought I lost it all. I admit, I'm a pirate, but these days..who isnt?

I finally told someone about one of my characters because i found it kind of awkward when we would bring her up in a discussion about the game, and having to make things up and such. What happened was pretty much what I expected.

A few observations from the land of Ragnarok Online.

- Nobody wants to talk to a male character, except when they are first new to the server. After the first day there is no interaction whatsoever, even with the people who originally talked with the character in the first place

- despite what everyone says, it really is hard to come up with proper things to say when genderswapping.

- playing a female character that nobody knows is me (including the people I know in real life) actually has more interaction than playing the one that people know is me. They actually treat the other character nicer. Offer to help, receive status buffs (spells that cause status increases)
